  • I contacted Jason at Syntech and he was very friendly and patient as he explained the services syntech can provide, including where the samples are sent and how long it takes for a return of the results. A technician named JT arrived at my home and was exceptional. Not only did he take time to explain what is involved in sampling and testing, he educated us on the background of asbestos, what types of materials contain asbestos and things we would need to consider in the future if the samples came back positive. We also took up alot ot time asking JT his opinion on a suspicious area inside th home that may contain mold. JT thoroughly explained how mold grows, how to remediate it and even possible costs involved. Just as he did with the asbestos. JT was very personable. Knowledgeable, and HONEST!! JT could've sucked more money out of us, but that was never the case. JT actually helped us decide on an immediate plan that fit our needs and budget. This guy was outstanding and caring! Very honest! It is truly a pleasure to finally deal with a company, Jason and JT that actually care about their professional and the people affected by these materials. They are not looking to steal your money and provide false hope. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Syntech Environmental, Jason and JT. Very, very pleased!
