I don't normally do this but I was so disappointed with the customer service here, I had to write a review.
When I pulled into the parking lot I could see that someone was being helped so that made me feel like I would have decent service. That was not the case.
I walked in and was greeted by an employee and I told him that I needed diagnostics because my check engine light came on. He then replied, "unfortunately I can't help you, I'm on lunch." He then proceeded to tell me that he was going to rush the other employee who was helping someone else along so I would be helped. I stood outside by my car and watched as the two employees stood outside, a few yards away from me, just fooling around and laughing with eachother. The other customer even left! So the employee was clearly done helping the other customer.
Finally an older gentleman who told me his name was Ralph, but his name tag said otherwise, came outside and apologized that they were simply ignoring me. He checked my diagnostics and was able to print my code. I was very thankful that this man finally helped me, however when I asked what the code meant or what was functioning wrong he couldn't tell me anything about it.
So needless to say, I wasn't exactly happy with the service I received. Thankful for "Ralph" however, I'll definitely stick with a different location.
