  • Always loved this store. Bought a pair of basketballs socks a few months ago. They forgot to remove the alarm thing. Took them back to have the alarm thing removed. Didn't have the receipt because it was a few months ago and obviously at the time I didn't know they had left the alarm on them. The guy acted like I had stole them. Yes I know how it looks but what am I supposed to do. He took the thing off, then rolled his eyes when I said thank you like I was a liar. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will go to Macy's from now on. It was YOU GUYS who made the mistake to begin with.
