  • By far the worse experience I've ever had. In ICU which is bad enough as is and there's a nurse by the name of Barbie, with blonde hair has literally ruined this hospital for me. When you have already been told that most likely your mother, your daughter, your sister, your aunt will not make it and you go back to see her and when doing so you ask a nurse a question to then get spoken down to and then pulled aside bc we approached the wrong nurse is beyond me. I am so floored by how rude and inconsiderate this woman, which just the word woman is a compliment she doesn't deserve, I can't even remember what all was said. I do know that there is no set of rules laid out anywhere for guest of a patient to read saying only one person can go back at a time and then literally being made to go out in to the waiting area to then catch hell bc we approached a lady in the same color uniform I caught hell meanwhile the person I'm here to see is supposedly dying with a whole family in the waiting room just wanting some answers, one answer, any answer or just the right to be able to ask a question but God forbid you do that. I will never come back to this hospital and I apologize for all the nice workers who are actually considerate and do care about others. It's such a shame to have that sour apple ruining the whole batch. Makes me wonder why you would even be a nurse when that cold, inconsiderate and bitter. The thought of her being over a dying patient makes me sick to my stomach almost as if it's rewarding to her to kick people when they're down, or in this case dying. I hope we never cross paths again and I will do everything in my power to avoid ever coming back to this hospital. Nurse Barbie, I'd suggest therapy, some training in how to talk to others, the meaning of respect and consideration, honestly you could probably go sit with kindergartners the entire year and try to retain what most people would consider common courtesy, that or a job where you don't talk to people at all ever. Or even a bill collector, at least then people who talk to you already know what to expect. Bless you. And everyone who has to deal with you. What a shame and disgrace to the entire ICU.
