| - We used Signarama for our vehicle graphics for the past 6 years. We only use 2 types of vehicles in our small fleet. We have 5 2006 Scion xBs, and 2 2008 Scion xBs.
It would seem to me that with with only 2 vehicle years the graphics would be simple. The 1st vehicle looked good in that we had no reference point. From there it went downhill. NONE of the vehicles look the same. Wrong colors, improperly sized, wrong fonts, not positioned properly, you name it.
The final insult came a few months back when 1 of our vehicles was hit. We needed to have the graphics replaced on 1 side. We took the vehicle to Signarama so they could measure for the replacement graphics. I was amazed just how stupid Sally really was. She measured the door rather than the graphics that needed to be replaced. I thought this was very strange in that the doors are all the same size, but the graphics on each vehicle are different.
A week later the graphics were ready for installation. My doubts and concerns regarding Signarama in general, and Sally in particular, were correct once again. Everything was wrong and had to be recut/reprinted. I told Sally that that was the last time I was doing business because they had NO IDEA WHAT THEY WERE DOING. I was becoming tired of having to wait an extra hour or so every time we needed graphics on a vehicle. Same thing every time. Wrong color, size, position, etc.
I think in general Signarama is a good company but they really need to be more careful when hiring new employees. All was well until they hired Sally who would probably have more success as a line cook at Taco Bell.
