I tried Barre for the first time during one of their open weekends and loved everything about it. The instructors are very attentive and make sure to always correct everyone's technique regardless of whether there are 20 or only 3 people in class that day. The music playlist is fun and it includes a lot of current and popular songs. I love the full body work out you get by doing barre and it is the perfect workout after a long work day when motivation to work out on your own is especially low. What I especially love is that the workouts can be as "easy" or as challenging as you like. If an exercise seems like a breeze you can always tuck harder or get your body a little lower which will push all your muscles to shake and fatigue making them stronger and leaner. I highly recommend these classes to anyone looking for a challenging, full body workout with instructors that are friendly and motivating to always give your 100%.
