  • After the previous review I left, I was contacted by Jerrell the customer service manager. After telling him about my experience he apologized and said he would help me find the car I wanted for a fair price. He kept his word, however while working on the financing details I found exactly what I was looking for at a dealership in Loma Linda California. Definitely worth the drive. I'm only updating to 3 stars because I shouldn't have been sent away in the first place but appreciate the customer service manager for all Towbin dealerships contacting me to make things right.
