  • Staff was nice, river ranch was just okay not much really there but rooms weren't all that great. Our coffee machine didn't work nor did our remote to check out the menu for room service. The beds also weren't all that comfortable. Disappointed because I did this as a staycation for my birthday and now I'm wishing I had gone to a Marriott hotel instead. Also we got a complimentary WiFi code that didn't work. They need to do major renovations. What people said about the elevators was definitely true they're insanely hot and small.
