  • Visited around 9 PM on a recent Tuesday evening. Greeted/seated immediately. We used to live 1/2 block away and have eaten at Ritter's for over 40 years. Not having been there for a couple of years, I had my choices already in mind. Not disappointed: new menus; same Ritter's specialties. My wife and I ordered our favorites. Good service. Good food. Clean restaurant. Not fancy. Not supposed to be. There are so many times we want to get away from over-hyped, over-prepared menus and just eat some good, hot food. Ritter's is the place. Been there forever!
