  • I had them replace a mirror and a shower door surround for me. The mirror turned out fine but the shower door had issues - it wasn't installed level (yes, I checked), there were scratches in the handles, some of the hardware was installed wrong, and the caulking was messy. I called and complained to the owner BJ. He seemed shocked on the phone and said he would take care of it. He called a few days later and told me it had been pulled out, cleaned up, and reinstalled correctly. Unfortunately, his workers misinformed him. I was still mounted in the same position - I took pictures before and after. They did manage to install the handles correctly so it looks slightly better. Their price was good, but I wish I had just installed it myself. I'll be using someone else next time.
