I've bought a voucher for this spa before. At the time, if I left a message, they eventually got back to me, but they didn't pick up their phones if I missed their call.
When I finally got a hold of them to book an appointment, this spa was booked for months. I called the deal company and got a refund.
Impressions day spa is doing another deal (groupon, Feb 2012), and this time - I called to see how booked they are. They picked up their phone (yay, improvement), but they're booked until a month or two months from now.
I don't understand why a company would spend marketing dollars to promote themselves when they're booked for months in advance. It just looks terrible on the company and customer service experience when the company fails to fulfill the demand.
