I only went to seefu once for a full hair dye. I have thick Asian hairs, which often are considered as hard to deal with in western salons.
Colors: Overall,I would say the dye was fine and I did receive what I expected, although the colors don't come out exactly the way I wanted.
Service: I asked for the top stylist, as I normally go to a fancier salon, so I did not want my experience to be far off. I had one director level stylist and an assistant. The assistant was very polite and I think he was somehow attentive in my hairs.
1. The first down side is the language. The store is trying to expand to Chinese market by adding Chinese staffs. I do speak Chinese so it was okay for me but I can imagine how difficult for non Chinese or non Japanese customers to communicate.
2. I also don't think the staffs communicate well. I called in the morning to get a reservation but the receptionist told me that I did not need to book it as the director seems to have lots of spots. In fact, when I came in, they were surprised to see me without a reservation that was told by their own staff.
However, I think at least they are trying to serve me right away so I don't think it is a big deal.
Price wise: it is okay. I paid about 130 for only the coloring. I have short hairs.
I only colored my hairs here so I am not sure about the cutting though.
