  • It was our first time coming here for my sisters Birthday. The ambiance was great. The food was ok. The waitress was nice. My complain goes out to the Manager if I'm not mistaken her name was Ashley... from the moment we were seated til we left I observed her going to the surrounding tables greeting them asking how their food was and so forth ,new tables next to us were seated a couple of times and not once did she walk over to acknowledge us. Sounds petty but it left a bad impression being that it was our first time there. The waitress walked over to check on us and I said nicely " What's the managers name the woman who's been walking over to these tables next to us acknowledging every other table besides ours? Is it because everyone else that's here is Caucasian and we're not? " She said oh I'm sorry I'm sure that's not what it is, I know being minority it feels like a racial thing sometimes but I'm sure that's not what it is." I made it very clear that I never ever feel that way because I have a multi cultural family. She asked if I wanted her to address the issue and have her walk over and I refused it. I did not want her walking over to us just because I complained. As a manager your supposed to set an example for your staff and I think she did a poor job at that tonight. So thank you but no thank you we will not be coming back to your establish
