  • This is a must see(or eat I guess) in Charlotte. I have been hitting up the Landmark Diner for more than 20 years and it's still just a diner, nothing special really until you start looking for a little dessert after your meal, that's where this place really shines. The dessert case is stuffed with freshly baked Greek pastries and all manner of cakes and pies! I recommend the tall chocolate cake or maybe the carrot cake if you're on a diet. The key lime pie ain't too bad either. I digress, the food is diner fare. When I say diner fare I mean that you could stop at any of the thousands of Denny's or Waffle House locations around the country and have a very similar meal. You will not have a cake or pie or pastry anywhere else that will top this place. The desserts are where it's at here!
