| - The location and workouts work just fine for me. I've worked out consistently for the past 30 years and I've seen it all from high impact/Jane Fonda workouts, jazzersize, to hot yoga...I've done it all. Nowadays I want to just show up for a workout, get right with it, get sweaty, burn a TON of calories, and then wrap it up. With OT I get exactly that. The instructors are all good (Dylan, Thomas, Professor X, Kelly). I've lost about 10 lbs in 45 days also (better eating doesn't hurt either...) I'm not a big fan of the rowers (My back us 52 years old...), but they mostly are used as transition between the treadmills and the floor/weights area. The music is a little loud, but that's what earplugs are for. If you show up and put in at least 3-4 workouts a week you WILL get heart healthy, burn a TON of calories, lose some weight, and clear out a lot of the stress in your head. Thumbs up.
