  • I have been using Manuel's for years for my parties and gatherings and decided to use them for my Christmas Eve party of 25 people. Their mini chimi platters are great and you have more choices of fillings than at other restaurants. The red chili chimi is my family's favorite. Another party favorite was the chicken layered enchiladas. Everyone loved the food and the prices are great. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for party platters to use Manuel's. Thank you Manuel's for another successful party.
