  • I wish there was a zero star button because this is the worst team of agents ever, Danny was rude and believed that he was right which turned out he was not and even after that no apology. I arrived at 2:50 PM to pick up my truck and he told me it was after 3pm which it was not. I had to wait for the manager Raul which he did accept the cash but after they told me to come before 2:30pm even though their sign shows 3pm. I asked if they could do anything on the bill due to the poor customer service and I was told no they could not but they value the feedback. I will never use budget again due to the lack of customer service skills and the way they handle things. I promise you it is a mistake to go to this budget and if you get Danny as your representative I apologize in advance for the lack of customer service. NEVER USE THIS BUDGET LOCATION EVER OR ANY OTHER BUDGET FOR THAT MATTER!!!!
