  • We moved to Las Vegas about a year and a half ago and briefly used another hospital in the area which was a disaster. We found West Russell by accident and subsequently received rave reviews from current patients so we started using them about March 2015 and they have been AWESOME ever since. Not long after we started going there we lost our little senior min pin to heart disease and they were so kind and understanding - we were new patients at this point but they treated us like family. We also have another little senior shih tzu who is almost 16 and all the doctors are very focused on her and keeping her healthy! If tests, etc. need to be done the cost is always presented before they start anything and they are extremely reasonable to work with if you're not sure about a certain test, etc. Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Roach, Dr. Dawsy, Dr. Dominguez and the whole staff.
