  • I have been to Alfred Angelo twice, once for a bridesmaid dress and my most recent trip to look at wedding dresses for myself. Customer service has been good. The first time I went in for a bridesmaid dress I didn't have an appointment but one of the consultants quickly made time for me to try on a few dresses. When I was wedding dress shopping, the consultant assisting me, Jantelle (I think) was extremely helpful. I had initially set an appointment at Alfred Angelo a couple months previous at a wedding show otherwise I probably never would have went dress shopping there. Ultimately, I just didn't care for any dresses at AA, they just seem very mass produced and nothing special. The dresses themselves were probably 2 star but customer service was a solid 4.5 stars.
