  • The staff was friendly and courteous. Dr. Shafer, however, was a narcissistic prick that actually argued with me about a previous shoulder surgery I had. I didn't have the records with me because it was 15 years ago, but he basically said I didn't have a rotator cuff repair at 29. As if I just make surgeries up for fun. He was not at all empathetic to the level of pain I was in and mocked me for having my 16 year old son drive me to the appointment. I have never been treated with such disrespect by a medical professional. I left the office in tears.
