  • When we looked at the apartment it appeared to be clean and well maintained. The layout is spacious and the base rate of rent is reasonable. The water and electric is high. Our apartment is very warm in the summer even with the AC going all day. The first day we were unpacking our things we found a giant cockroach. We had pest control come but we have had a constant issue with them. Pest control comes every other week and we put traps out but the roaches are endless. Its disgusting. There are rocks under the carpet in several areas. Everything is painted over, including bathtubs and cabinets, and its all peeling. It looks terrible. Maintenance is very friendly but will take weeks to come fix things unless its marked emergency, in which they are very quick. It took over a month and calls to the manager to get something fixed once. Our car has been broken into in the parking lot. There are always bums rummaging the garbage. There is dog poop everywhere. people FLY through the parking lots, my children and I have almost been hit by a car several times. There needs to be speed bumps. The pools are usually clean but there are always kids in it without parents, or the parents are rude and smoking in the pool, or overly loud and swearing. The place really needs 24/7 patrol. The apartments are LOUD. You can hear every single step the upstairs neighbor takes. They jump around and bang nonstop day and night. They blare their tv and slam the door in our face if we ask them to stop. When they walk the windows shake. The office staff is friendly. I like the package receiving. Thats about it.
