  • I've been to most of the better buffets in Vegas including Sterling, Bellagio, Wynn, and Bacchanal. And I must say that the Aria lunch buffet (have not had their dinner buffet) is quite outstanding for the price. They have steamed and stir-fried crab legs which are actually nicely seasoned with chili peppers. They have a wide assortment of different cuisines and all the ones I tried were above average. I would come here over many of the higher priced buffets to be honest, at least for lunch.
