The ice cream here is very delicious. It's soft serve swirl. The green tea had a great green tea flavor and the texture is really creamy.
We also got the cookies and cream wiggle with green tea twist ice cream.
The waffle was pretty good but I think the ice cream was the show stopper of the two.
I love the idea of this but it's really a eagle and a soft serve put together into a cup. I've had The Cauldron ice cream in Los Angeles where they make nitrogen ice cream and put it into a simple unflavored waffle with no extra flavoring, but has fresh and amazing taste and goes really well together. The waffle itself is decent but not exciting and gets cold really fast in the cup with ice cream (obviously!!). It's not too dense and a little crispy as it should be at the edges.
Woofles ice cream with waffle doesn't even compare, but for the lack of options for this kind dessert in Toronto, it's still a great start, and good but I'd come back for just the ice cream and not the woofle (ice cream with waffle) because the ice cream is just good on its own.
