rev:text	Used to come here to buy my feeders for my snakes and crickets for my lizards, but not anymore. This used to be a great location until they hired a new staff, and I feel like the new staff is completely standoffish, give brief answers, and aren't friendly. Recently walking in, a lot of the lizards seem dull and dehydrated, not to mention the store is a little overcrowded and messy. The worst thing about it is my experience when I bought a tokay gecko from this store. They were on sale for $15, which I thought was too good to be true and at the same time extremely odd since tokays usually go for $30-40 more in a pet store. Not complaining, I decided to buy another at that cheap of a price. It was a female and relatively calm the entire time I had her, in which having a calm tokay is actually not a good sign since they are naturally aggressive and do not like to be handled. Not even the second day in there was white discharge in the tank, and turned out with no matter how much we adjusted her heat and humidity in her tank, she couldn't get over her virus. Tokay remedies are of course uncommon to find, so sadly she ended up passing. Calling the store and letting them know of the situation (and to warn them to check the rest of them; the cheap price explains it all), they completely blamed it upon myself for my "incompetence" of care when we really purchased a sick tokay from the get-go. We have a tokay we've raised two years previous, so we definitely have experience, and wouldn't accept it was their fault. For this, I never want to come here again unless there's a revamp of both the staff, the guy who owns it, and of their practices. If you're going to own an exotic pet store, at least be approachable, and take responsibility for the care or loose your license altogether.
