| - On 5 de mayo 2013, Alan and Elite Transportation provided me and 11 other guest with the best customer service I have experienced. I needed a vehicle that could accommodate all of the bachelorette and bachelor's guests (approximately 12). I called several limo places, but they only offered the same boring limos. I needed a limo that would provide a memorable experience and I wanted to get the very best for my best friend.
I made a phone call to Elite Transportation and Stephanie answered the phone in a very courteous manner. She was upfront with pricing. I told her that I would call back to confirm. After a week, I called back and the price was even less expensive for the "Inferno," since it was a Sunday. For the price of the usual boring limo, I was able to book the best party bus and experience I could have ever imagined. While other companies hiked up their prices because it was 5 de mayo, Elite Transportation maintained their regular fee. Also, I was very happy with the flexibility Elite Transportation showed; we were able to move our 6 p.m. pickup time to a later time.
Alan, our chauffeur, was awesome! Before I had a chance to call Alan to figure out the pickup point, he called me about 15 minutes before the arrival time. He was very punctual. Although Elite Transportation did not provide alcohol, Alan made a quick trip to a location to pickup plenty of alcohol, at a very reasonable price. Alan also hooked us up with plenty of ice and cups. He also asked if we wanted to make stops at a few points of interest, like the Vegas sign and the Bellagio Fountain Show. He gave us enough time to get off the party bus and take pictures. Originally, our drop off point was the pickup location, but the bride and groom-to-be decided last minute to have the drop off point be Old Vegas. Alan, without any hesitation, took us there. During the trip, curious people on the street wanted to peek into the party bus to see all the action. At every moment, there were spectators looking over to see the party bus. The "Inferno" demands everyone's attention. Alan was gracious and fulfilled every request we had. He was also a great DJ too. If we had a request for a song, he played it. The music was bumping and the 2 stripper poles where never left alone.
