so, you drop my sandwich, after a long wait for food, everyone else is eating, I'm told my food will be out in 3 minutes. 15 minutes later, as everyone is finishing up, I tell the waitress to cancel my order, but she still asks if we should take it off the bill (WTF?!). Please, cancel my order but I'd still like to pay for it. No sign of the manager, any kind of apology or a drink on the house, or more than one.
