  • Absolutely terrible!!! They charge me $60 to have someone come out to "fix" my problem. Not only was I not told abut the fee that would be charged, but the technician didn't fix the problem! As if that's not bad, on the days that my internet does work (only by the grace of God), I get 10mps when I'm paying for 100mps. Save your money and go somewhere else!
