This place is ok if you need a quick fix. It's a little more expensive than some places that I've called, but then you get it done faster because not everyone is going to them. My screen was cracked for the 1st time in many years. Brought it in and the tech tried to up-sell me by stating that my LCD is bad too and needs to be replaced. I told the guy that it's fine and it doesn't need to be replaced. So the guy working the front looked at it too and then agreed with me when he noticed that I wasn't pleased with the up-sell attempt. An hour or so later, I picked up my phone. It turns out that they did replace the LCD too without my consent, it probably comes with the glass in a package, easier for them. The only reason I noticed that the LCD has been replaced is because my old LCD had a white smiley face looking image that appeared on the upper left corner of the phone when powering up(probably going bad), but I could still see fine once the phone was on. So with the new LCD, because it's an aftermarket/cheap replacement, you can't see the screen when you look at it horizontally with polarized sunglasses. I looked it up online, it's the cheap LCD used, no biggie. Probably will go directly to Apple next time for the original parts.
