Although the employees were very kind, the hotel was dirty. Carpets, tabletops, and hallways were in need of attention. Coverlet on the bed was dirty and bathroom appeared to be clean but after seeing such lack of attention to other areas you do wonder. We choose hotel based upon the free shuttle service to Cleveland Airport but we informed at check in that the shuttle driver did not work on Sunday mornings. La Quinta arranged for a contracted driver but at our expense.
