  • Zara - Sherway Gardens: Etobicoke, ON Canada 12DEC17 Wow... You'd think that someone died at the store and everyone is pissed off or sad and uninterested.... I thought it was Christmas... The store was not even busy... No smiles... So sad in there the staff even did not talk to each other let alone customers Update 13JAN18 : Can't believe I had to come back and it was worse... The place was a mess... Downgraded to 1 star because I could not give a zero. I waited to avoid the return rush like most places... And they said I was one day late so no exchanges or store credit or refunds!!! I asked to speak to the manager and the employee said it won't help, because she'd say the same thing. She would not even get her. Attitude and all. I found the manager and they did an exception. BUT after inspecting my bill I was ripped off 20 bucks!!! I don't want to even go back to get it!!! Too much stress for such shitty service and staff!!! WORSE RETAIL EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! NEVER GO HERE AGAIN... PLEASE NO GIFT CARDS FOR US TO THIS PLACE!!!
