  • UPDATE: after I posted this review, things got even more difficult living here. (I'd like to point out MOST of the office staff is kind and helpful and they do their best.) We had been flooded out of our unit (when the property manager LEFT THE PREMISES) and had to be relocated to a unit we didn't like. Initially they wanted US to pay for everything-the move, hotel, inconvenience, etc. it wasn't until we contacted corporate that they covered everything. When we FINALLY were settled into our NEW unit, they came into that one to drill more holes for a week, because (to this day) they don't know why there was flooding. They gave us hell trying to get us noise complaints, telling us they had no parking available, then when they did have a space it was the FARTHEST one away, which THEN was unable to be used due to construction, so I'd be paying for nothing, and it wasn't secure. When we finally found a way out of our lease, they threatened us saying we had to take our reviews down or they wouldn't allow us out (in your dreams.) My boyfriend took his down but I refuse to be bullied. MANY other tenants were also leaving. When we finally did get out of our lease, they tried charging us for things we didn't owe-saying we never paid a deposit, etc., then saying there had been an error in the system and they corrected our amounts. They had NEW clients write good reviews (people who hadn't even lived there a few weeks yet) and even asking some people (who we have never met) to personally attack us through their yelp reviews! If you think the construction is no big deal, wait until they are drilling outside your unit at 6 am. When we left, the pool was unusable because they were doing construction over it, but you would still be allowed in (safety hazard??) There are probably a million things I'm still forgetting. The best advice is don't live here... On the surface it's all rainbows and butterflies... Then you get to the real dirty... Flooding, fire alarms going off for no reason in the middle of the night, no noise insulation, incompetent staff, dust on dust, overpriced, no parking(even paid), getting stuck in elevators, keys don't work, drilling holes in your unit, being treated like a college dorm, always construction, lies lies lies! The place sucks, and no one cares to do a thing about it.
