  • Wonderful customer service. We arrived early before our room was available, so they let us store all our luggage in a closet downstairs where they kept our belongings safe for us while we explored Montreal a bit. The room was gorgeous, the bed was incredibly comfortable. We had climate control in the room so we could adjust the a/c as we pleased. Their free breakfast every morning was delicious and so convenient. Worth saving the money. The location was perfect, very close to the subway station, bus station, and popular areas along the plateau. At checkout they gave us 10% off our next visit. I will definitely be back to this hotel. Strongly recommend!
