  • Worst customer service ever. No empathy or ownership of errors on their part. The guy we talked to on the phone barely put in any effort towards a resolve to our issue. We picked up our new couch, realized there were numerous parts missing; and his solution was to either take it back (we had to borrow a truck from a friend, I am pregnant and my fiancĂ© and I don't have means to a truck easily.) or wait 6-8 weeks for the parts. This was unacceptable to me. When you make a mistake you own it, and customer service does everything in their power to fix it for you without an attitude or basically saying oh well sorry. I just can't even fathom what is happening and the stress and anger are not something i need while 7 months pregnant. I am beside myself in disbelief and will make sure that once I take this as high as I need to in order to get this fixed that I NEVER buy furniture through this company again. So upsetting.
