  • Isn't it customary when you are going to be put on hold for a really lengthy period of time - that the receptionist should check on you - or at least communicate with you that it will be a few minutes? When I called back in and said I had been stuck on hold, the receptionist got snippy and said "there were 2 calls in front of you"! She didn't apologize for the long wait - just got very snippy. She could have said "oh, I apologize for the wait.....how can I help you???" Instead she had attitude. I think people like this need to remember that it's the customers that pay their salaries. I'll never know if the doctor is good or not because his staff is so RUDE!!!!! I've decided to take my business elsewhere.
