Just had the worst experience with the receptionist/ "manager" Sonya.
When I walk in, I normally get at least greeted and my hair stylist gets notified that I have arrived, not this time (which wasn't a big deal until I dealt with Ms.Attitude).
I didn't even know someone was sitting at the front because she was sitting so low, until a coworker came up to the front and offered her a snack.
So I sat and waited for when my hairdresser would see me...again not a huge deal.
Then after my cut, I repeatedly tried to get assistance regarding breaking a $100 to tip my hair stylist and writing a receipt for me. Sonya said she didn't want to dig into her bank.
Then after having to get change from my hair stylist, in which she was already on her next client, I came back up when I saw Sonya taking selfies at the front desk but asked for a receipt anyway because my hairdresser told me the receptionist could write one for me.
Sonya said she couldn't make one because the receipt book belonged to the salon not my hair dresser, and that I could come back and pick one up from my hairdresser.
Like really? It's no way to treat people PAYING to come in and out of your salon while you sit at the front and take pictures of yourself, I guess that's in the job title though.
This whole experience is such a shame considering my hair stylist is amazing, super sweet and did absolutely nothing wrong.
