I am not coming back to Lucky Dog. I have been a frequent customer at Lucky Dog, using their daycare services. I have let a bunch of things go and continued to spend money there. My dog has multiple times come out of Lucky Dog smelling of strong urine. I finally asked about it and he luckily didn't smell of urine again. Multiple times the door is shut and you have to call to have them let you in, well sometimes I wouldn't have my phone with me, or even when I called, they only have one line and if someone is on the other line your call goes straight to voicemail and you are left waiting at the front of the door. Other times the door is left unlocked but no one is there, I have knocked on the inside doors and called and still had to wait. Average time I usually have to wait if someone is not there at the desk is 10 to 20 minutes. My first and recent boarding experience was the last straw. The website states 24 hour period plus 4 hours extra to come get your dog. Due to time change I was cut short an hour and had to pay the extra 15 dollars even after speaking to the manger/possible owner. My suggestions for Lucky Dog change you website wording on the hours and get more people to work the front desk. Positive: the girls Amber and Lindsey are very nice and friendly.
