They do meal planning and even teach you how to meal prep at you house. So thankful for the progress I have made so far with Alec. He is really conscious of my prior ACL sports injuries and makes sure all the exercises are safe for me. The rest of the team are a really positive support system and provide compliments and uplifting sentiments during your fitness journey. Such a great team they have over there.
