  • Unquestionably the worst renting experience in my life, and I've been living in apartments for more than 20 years. This company does the least amount of work possible to not be in legal trouble. All of their properties are slums. Common areas are dirty, disgusting, and in terrible states of repair. Maintenance inside units takes months or doesn't happen at all. Staff continually ignore and lie to tenants on a daily basis. They enter property without permission or notice. They refuse to reimburse expenses incurred lawfully under ARS 33-1363. They make promises and agreements about maintenance issues and never own up to them. I cannot wait to get out of this place. I hope I never have to deal with anyone from this sorry, lazy, dishonest excuse for a management company ever again.
