  • Sales staff were awesome. Troy and Robert. The problem is the delivery men use dirty gloves to deliver the mattress. They stained the sides. When I wanted to exchange the mattress, under the 120 day guarantee, they would not take it. It was a nightmare. After another month of dealing with the mattress cover warranty etc etc, I finally got the exchange. I felt like they were doing me a favor. It was a nightmare. Buyer beware.
