My vapor of 1 year broke while I was in Las Vegas so I had to go purchase a new one. After researching for a good vape shop I found Tru Vape. At first I had a great experience. Bought a brand new vape for almost $90. Not even 48 hours later it was not coming on so I had to take it back to see if they could either fix it or exchange for a new one. Each worker tried working on it and would rig it up to work for a min and the second I would take it back it would quit working. I told them that I had just purchased this vapor brand new from them and there should be no reason I should have to tinker with it or hold it a certain way just to get it to work properly! They finally accepted the fact that the vapor I had just bought was faulty and there was a connection issue. So normally from passed experiences of you purchase a brand new vape and it messes up or has issues in under 30 days after purchase they should let u exchange for a new one or refund your money. This vape shop said no they couldn't exchange it. I would have to call the company myself, send it in to company, then have the company send me a new vape. It hadn't even been 48 hours!!! My heart sank! So therefore had to repurchase ANOTHER vapor. Normally I wouldn't have gave them another dollar but I'm from out of town and didn't no what else to do! I have never seen a vapor shop run their business this way. So buy at your own risk. They do have an okay selection of good name brand vapes and a great selection of really good juices but if your going to invest your money in a new vapor I would much rather invest at a place I no will vouch for their business and provide you with at least a couple of days guarantee or and exchange policy.
