  • I am completely dismayed by the ineptitude of the service here. A simple order of a chicken club (which includes bacon), tots and a drink plus....a side of bacon for my dog, ends up as a sandwich with no bacon because the food preparer is not smart enough to figure this out. If this had happened just once I would have just brushed it off as an honest mistake. But it has happened numerous times, despite explaining the problem to the person manning the drive-thru window.
