  • Preferred choice was recommended to me by Sun City Mechanical. This restoration company worked with the plumber, and also my insurance company. I had major damage from a bad leak under my sink. Preferred choice replaced the vanity wood cabinet, marble countertop, fixed and replaced drywall. Removed and put back the toilet. Painted the entire bathroom walls and ceiling. The insurance covered the majority of it, however I did purchase new Fossett handles. Good job went well. I would recommend preferred choice. All of the work crew knew each line of expertise they were assigned to from drywall to cabinetry, painting, and update plumbing. I would recommend preferred choice. And should I ever have the need, I would contact this restoration company again.
