  • I brought a blazer in the morning that needed to be returned to me the same afternoon (I needed the blazer for an interview the next morning). I picked it up as promised. A problem stain remained and I was told I could bring it back the next afternoon. It was sent to another one of your locations but they were still unable to remove the problem stain (although it was reduced quite a bit). Aside from this, I really appreciated the efforts your staff (Marilyn) made in helping me with this. This was my first experience at Delia's, and it will not be my last. What GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE - Thank you!
