Went here last night for dinner, and we both enjoyed it very much! A unique food experience, a blend of science with inventive gourmet dining! We had the foie gras lollipops, which is foie gras wrapped in cotton candy. A delicious bite! We also had the classic beef tartare, prepared table side. Wagyu beef cheeks melted in our mouths! Similar to their restaurant in Los Angeles but more emphasis on meat. The meat entree take one hour to prepare so order those earlier on, the rest of the food came fast! Delicious and fun food adventure!
