  • Had never heard of this hotel chain until I booked yesterday. The hotel is clean and I felt the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. They offer free drinks in their own type of happy hour as well as a full breakfast and snack in the evening. Spent some time at the pool which was nice but just wish the chairs were not metal as they got quite hot. Later on, the air conditioner stopped working and my room got pretty hot. The front desk manager, Julie, was quick to respond having a service man up within minutes. When he determined that it could not be fixed, she quickly was up dropping off a new set of keys to new cool room. She even offered a comp which was so above and beyond. First stay and Drury hotels but it won't be my last. I just wish the name was easier to pronounce!
