  • I will start by saying that most of my reasoning behind this review is due to staff that has all been fired or quit. Because literally every single person i dealt with when i initially purchased my vehicle is gone at this point. 6 people in total ranging from the general manager all the way down to their service writer that i had dealt with, no longer work there. Unfortunately i also have had some unfortunate run ins with the new staff as well. I've waited a year to write this review because I feel like giving everyone an honest chance to do what is right and show their professionalism. Well, they had their chance and they failed miserably. Over a year ago I purchased a 2014 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution from this dealership. The car had 4,000 miles on it, yet i was told by the salesman and the general manager that it was new and had never been test driven let alone paraded around town for 4,000 miles. This was the first of many lies, and one that i didn't catch until after i signed off on the contract. I understand that dealerships exist to make money not cater to honesty, but i didn't expect that blatant of a lie. Ultimately it was my fault for not checking though. I noticed the seat was worn and the windshield had a chip in it. I told the general manager that the only way i would purchase the vehicle was if those items were replaced with NEW parts. He agreed and the staff at the time got the ball rolling on a new seat and windshield. Months pass and numerous phone calls are made, including some to Mitsubishi corporate, and i end up loosing patience with all the excuses and just give up. The first couple months i was told a new seat was unavailable but now i know that they never intended to replace it. The seats in this car are readily available from Mitsubishi. I call back after almost a year feeling a second wind and wanting what i was promised only to find out that the entire staff i had dealt with had been fired or quit. No record of anything with my car. Nothing in the system about my 2 service visits for a grinding transmission and parasitic drain; something i have since hired a lemon law lawyer to handle. Im treated like a liar and am in disbelief of how unorganized and unprofessional a so called Mitsubishi dealership could possibly be. Oh, and within the first day of owning this gem it had to be towed in to the dealership due to a battery that almost exploded while i was driving the car. Oddly enough, that visit and the information about that dangerous condition were never entered into their system. And once again when i ask why, i am given excuses about an incompetent staff that has since been replaced. Sorry, but thats not a good enough excuse. Now 45,000 miles later my car still has the same issue it has had since day 1 and is still not fixed. My seat, which they finally agreed to "repair" after over a year, looks like crap again and my windshield which they "repaired" at the same time, still has a visible crack in it. This car stickered for $43,000 plus tax. It is Mitsubishi's flagship vehicle and they're lucky i even bought it, cause it sat for a very long time before i made that mistake to purchase it. So if you want to be lied to and deal with an incompetent mechanic and childish staff, by all means throw your money at this dealership.
