rev:text	C2 is a nice facility but if you buy a gift card for someone online the only way they can use it is to schedule online. We bought one for my Dad for Father's Day and he took it in to use it and they actually turned him away. He took the time to drive there and use a gift we paid for and they said sorry you HAVE to schedule ahead online to use it. And now we have looked online and they charge $10 to use the online scheduling. This is not a policy that has their customer in mind. It is inconvenient and feels like we got ripped off. Out of principal I will not be spending money here again. They made a great gift for my dad, inconvenient and awkward for him.
