Green chili cheeseburger is what I came for & was just as good as my imagination which rarely happens because I have a pretty good imagination.
We took an out of towner & we were all grateful Greasewood virgins. The parking on a Sunday a.m. was plentiful, the food good & the company was the best. I loved the sh** kicker ambiance paired with the a$$ kicking bikers that were scarfing down burgers & dogs next to families playing UNO. It was just like life full of colorful characters & irony.
I'm a firm believer in a little of the hair of the dog theory. Having been drinking or should I say JD shooting the evening before I was more then open to a little beer with my lunch. However being with two pansy men that wanted sodas with the their burgers I did as they did & am still having pangs of regret. Why? Because I'm positive that delish green chili, bacon, cheeseburger thinks I let it down not having had an ice cold beer with it. I will return to the Greasewood alter for a second chance at redemption. This time with experience under my belt (not being a virgin & all) I will skip lunch & arrive later in the day to see this place by night. Wish me luck I'd hate to miss out on an opportunity for a cold one again.
