  • Waited 10 minutes and never got my milkshake. I came in specifically for the milkshake. I jumped back in line to wait patiently to see what happened and Katrina who I assumed would be helping me out next waved her friends which were waiting behind me over to her register and proceeded to take their order and ignore me. I love Chick-fil-A. I have never received such terrible unfriendly service at any Chick-fil-A in my life. No wonder this location has terrible reviews.
