I only came here due to Amazon return. I never use UPS to ship as I prefer FedEx or USPS over them. I came in and the person behind the counter was busy so no worries as I am OK to wait. When she finally got done talking to the other customer about nothing to do with business she finally got to me. My box had the return label so nothing major to do.
She asked if I had filled out the paperwork and I told her it was an Amazon return and had a return UPS label on it already. She rolled her eyes and asked that I put it on the scale. She then put it behind her then proceeded to return to her non business conversation. I stood there for a minute a I wanted a receipt showing a shipped it. She looked over and said - you need something else and said it as if I was bothering her. I asked for the receipt to show I shipped it and again eyes rolled and she printed it out. After handing it to me she quickly turned to chat with the other customer. Despite my frustrations with her rudeness I decided not to say anything and to go about my day. This was further proof of why I dislike UPS - Customer Service is non existent...
